A global tech leader is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their product team. This is a chance to drive research at scale, shaping enterprise products used by millions.

Day Rate: €400 per day

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 3 months (Possibility to extend and go perm)

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll focus on understanding how people interact with technology in the workplace, asking the right questions to uncover meaningful behavioural insights that inform product strategy.
• Work alongside international teams to embed the user perspective into every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Lead research using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Manage participant recruitment and oversee all logistics.
• Interpret data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Present recommendations that align with business priorities and project goals

About You

• You have substantial experience conducting UX research for digital products (web, mobile, or software).
• You bring a strong working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• You can create and communicate user needs through interviews, journey maps, personas, business process flows and behavioural analytics.
• You are comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating across time zones.
