Job Title: Tech Lead Developer

Location: London, UK

Work Pattern: Onsite – 4 days a week (please see intro below for more information) 

Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 per annum

Job Position: Permanent

Introduction:

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to join one of our clients who are a proptech start up.

This is an awesome opportunity as you will be shaping the Software Function, supporting the Co-Founders with driving the product/business and working on projects such as a Laravel Dashboard.

This is a critical hire for the business so they will be looking to set up their new office location near you and build the team from there.

Responsibilities as a Lead Fullstack Developer:

• Take ownership of the software development and drive outputs for their App platform
• Working alongside the Co-Founders supporting them with software development, the software roadmap and building the software team
• Working on streamlining software processes and best practices
• Supporting Junior/Mid-level developers by leading them from a technical perspective
• Look at AI and see how they can utilise this within the product

Requirements as a Lead Fullstack Developer:

• Highly experienced working with PHP, Laravel & Vue
• Experienced with technical leading / supporting a software team
• Helped streamline and set up software processes (startup/scale up environment would be great)
• Able to work within a fast paced environment (high outputs)
• Some experience with end user/UX
• Also a developer who is ambitious and will go the extra mile to make sure the business is moving in the right direction
