RMG Digital is currently looking for 4 Principal Solution Architects to join a leading digital consultancy.

You will be joining the company’s technical leadership team playing a key part in ensuring the successful governance of multiple projects while supporting customer acquisition and building a high-performance team.

Solution Architects Responsibilities:

• Design and lead large-scale software development and digital transformation initiatives
• Provide technical oversight for early client engagements, including bid writing
• Offer commercial and technical assurance on major projects
• Ensure adherence to solution architecture principles and scalable release processes with DevSecOps
• Identify potential IP opportunities and contribute to product innovation
• Act as a consultant for clients managing transitions to managed service models and optimising licensing
• Support business leaders in defining new phases of work for existing clients and bridging the handover between sales and delivery
• Provide platform expertise across Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse, and Power Pages

What we’re looking for from a Solution Architect:

• Experience with working in a consultancy
• Hands-on delivery background
• Clearly demonstrable pre-sales success and strong relationships with our primary partner, Microsoft.  
• Have worked in all levels of engagement (able to pitch in to support the team if needed).
