Senior UX Product Designer Position with a Leading PropTech Innovator!

As a Senior UX focused Product Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and redefine user experiences in the property technology sector. You’ll work closely with a talented team dedicated to creating intuitive, accessible, and cutting-edge digital solutions!

Salary: Up to £75k

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Initiatives: Take the lead on major projects, guiding UX design from research and prototyping to testing and final delivery.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to align design with user needs and business goals.
• Create Exceptional User Experiences: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications that enhance usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Conduct User Research: Design and conduct user research and testing, refining designs based on insights and usability findings.
• Grow Design Systems: Contribute to and expand the design system, shaping UX best practices and culture across the business.
• Use Data to Drive Decisions: Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support design decisions and iteratively evolve their products.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centred design and research especially in the B2B space.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and comfort working across the entire design process.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component-based design, and modern UI workflows.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present design solutions and rationale.
• B2B experience is a must!
