Senior Product Designer

Salary: Up to £85k

Based: London (4 days a week in office)

This role will be pivotal to shaping the future of boardroom experiences by incorporating AI- driven knowledge discovery, dynamic meetings, and seamless collaboration within a secure and adaptable ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and lead the end-to-end design process, overseeing conceptualisation to execution
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, integrating them into core design processes
• Demonstrate comprehensive skills in both UI and UX Design
• Foster a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours through engagement with co-founders, and clients.
• Ability to handle a high level of responsibility, contributing to the strategic vision of the product.
• Drive innovation by contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall product experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience working within a start-up/scale-up environment
• Embrace a mindset of continuous growth, always striving to elevate your skills and offering inventive ideas to enhance and advance the product
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and ideas effectively.
• Expertise in leading the entire design process, from concept to execution.
