A UX Researcher is needed to join a global leading software provider who are shaping the future of work! You will be joining a passionate and growing Research team, while working across a global suite of products.

Title: Senior UX Researcher

Location: Bristol (2 days a week in office)

Salary: £65k

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and conduct various research methods while working on a suite of complex products
• Collaborating with cross functional design teams and senior stakeholders
• Running all phases of research, from planning to study and presentation, both generative and evaluative
• Working across global Design and Research teams
• Managing and prioritising multiple project simultaneously
• Working within key project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands on experience in UX Research
• Experience with B2B, HCM, Complex Products
• Proven experience working in a software development environment
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Expert in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Proven Experience of leading and conducting user research throughout the product lifecycle
• A portfolio showcasing past research projects
