Salary: £90k-100k

• Dive into the creative process yourself while providing leadership to the team. Your hands-on approach will set the standard for excellence.

• Drive the hiring process, set up teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Define and implement a robust design strategy. Tackle current challenges within the team, delivering value and making a significant impact on our design processes.
• Overseeing the design lifecycle from concept to execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing design teams.
• Demonstrated success in defining and implementing design strategies that address current challenges and deliver impactful results.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• In-depth understanding of the B2B side of design, coupled with a genuine passion for usability and UX.
• Able to navigate scale-up environments and drive business growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
