To start our blog, we felt it best to quite simply introduce RMG upon the Launch of our new website!

So why do we feel that it is worth us setting up yet another recruitment agency amongst the hundreds that are already out there and what can we offer that’s different?

Well we’ve been working in the industry for over 10 years and want to create a company that offers a great service by really understanding our customers’ needs and to work with them in partnership. We’ve seen the good, the bad and the downright ugly in the recruitment industry so we’re keen to create a more tailored and personal service for everyone we deal with. By doing this we hope to add that human touch to digital recruitment.

We are going to be using this human touch in tandem with some of the industries newest technology packages to ensure that we can service our customers’ needs quickly and efficiently (more on these in the future).

Working from our offices in Brinkworth House, we are well positioned to service the market along the M4 Corridor. With London just an hour by train and Bristol less that 30 mins we can be into either of these locations easily and quickly to meet with people to understand their needs. This is something that we see as an important part of our process to ensure those as candidates are being presented to the right jobs and to make sure we can accurately present those jobs to people by knowing all about the businesses we recruit for.
