This close-knit team of under 30 is on a mission to revolutionise enterprise SaaS ticketing, and they need a QA Engineer to step in and take their quality processes to the next level. Your Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll be much more than a “tester.” You’ll dig into the product, the business needs, and the use cases, going beyond the “happy path” to uncover what happens when things don’t go as planned. You’ll plan, execute, and communicate test results clearly to ensure everyone is aligned – no middle managers here, so this is your chance to take real initiative and drive things forward.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience testing complex SaaS platforms – with a sharp eye for quality.
• Manual and automated testing expertise – ideally using tools like Katalon Studio or similar.
• Front-end testing focus – plus some REST API testing for good measure.
• Test case planning and communication – you’re structured and can share your plans with confidence.
• Technical awareness – while you won’t need to write code, you should know enough to pinpoint where problems may lie.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Android testing or AWS.
• Familiarity with ticketing/booking systems or Agile environments.
