Job Title – Senior Analytics Engineer

Location – Southampton (Hybrid) – 2 days a week in the office

Salary – up to £60,000 per annum

What you’ll Do

• Focus on analytics: With the team often pulled in different directions, you’ll bring much-needed focus to the analytics space.
• Solve complex problems and refine algorithms to enhance existing systems.
• Collaborate on a cutting-edge software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering.
• Dive into big data projects, helping the team transition to a Data Lake environment.
• Bring a holistic approach to data design, algorithm development, and visualisation.

What We’re Looking For

• A STEM background with a degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or consultancy.
• Experience in modelling simulations or the automotive industry is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Python with a solid grasp of big data tools.
• A forward-thinker who can balance strategy and hands-on delivery.
• Ideally, someone from a smaller business environment who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
