CLIENT OVERVIEW
Kin & Carta UK had won a large project to transform a global bank’s entire mobile management suite. A large team of consultants had to be assembled within a few weeks so the project could be launched.
CHALLENGE
Due to a lack of skilled resource, rmg digital built out a fully functional project team from scratch to make sure the project could start and be completed successfully within a time-frame.
SUMMARY RESULTS
We delivered a total of 18 Consultants in 3 weeks who all started within four weeks from initial brief. We simplified the interview process by removing the legwork and conducting the initial interviews so they could decide from a select group of candidates.
As a result of our efforts, they were able to streamline their vetting process in time.
We worked with them to understand market rates in an ever-changing landscape, which ensured they were paying the right market value so that all offers of contract were accepted
