Over the last year we have been running a large insourcing programme, expanding our internal engineering and product capabilities. We initially worked with multiple resourcing partners but quickly found most simply couldn't source candidates with sufficient experience or that would be a good fit. rmg has consistently been able to provide quality candidates across our European locations, open to feedback and impressed us so much we are discussing how we create a closer partnership for the coming year.

I'm very surprised by the quality of CVs. With other recruiters, we would rule out at least 50% of people at the CV screening stage.With rmg, when we get four CVs, we want to interview all of them.
